Default White smoke from left bank engine bay

Any idea for lots of white smoke from engine bay ?
engine sounds good no knocks , from left bank and smells like diesel

Sorry it’s a 2006 diesel . Runs well , no knocking .
masses of
smoke looks like an injector seal
- but no Black Death so not
sire

is it definitely coming from the engine ?.
i've seen many threads on the Webasto heater blowing white diesel smoke ,
( it's only fitted to the diesel variant )
one instance here .

lucky for some . the barometer is heading for 2*c here tonight .
i read the webasto fires at around 5-7*c and below . maybe the op is down under also ?

Well, most likely not from North America, as the "deeshul" variant was never sold here...
