Default what to change along with struts?

hello I'm new member happy to join this forum.

I want to change all struts should I change some other parts with it like bushing ?

I don't have much experience in suspension parts so any help would be great .

Hi and welcome
Did that job recently so i will chime in
For the fronts you gonna need the upper bushings and for the rears upper doughnut bushing and perhaps spring insulators, than almost certainly you will destroy rear lower shock bolts on removal so have the new pair ready. Fronts are easy rears are easy but take the time, good luck

I'll also add that, in addition, I would change your front sway bar links while you're there. They are inexpensive and easy enough to do, and if you don't, invariably they will start clunking a week later and annoy you. But yes, the fronts all you really need to change are the struts and the upper bushings. If you have standard shocks, you can even find the entire upper mount cheap enough to do that instead of messing around with pressing bushings in and out.

The rears, there are a few ways to do it. Spring compressors are hard to fit in there, but you can remove or bend the rear subframe brace which will give you clearance to get the shocks down and out.

In front, you'll need new "Upper Shock mounts". Rock auto has cheap ones for less than $20 each. Also in front it would be good to get new bump stops and gaitors. The back bilsteins come with these.

Here's a link to the mounts. They're available many places, like RockAuto and a bunch others, so feel free to shop, these just happened to pop up first on my list.

And one for sway links:

i would definitely go for mayle or any other brand but uro, one of my uro mount holes didn't line up properly and were off by some 5mm!!! (did some drunk punched holes in it?) while other mount bushes are not centered after few months of use only. + few other pieces that didn't fit straight ( in the past), Finally i really doubt they are up to the job
