Installed new fuel tank with new sender unit.

Fuel flowing through pump and Lady Mable is running on her LHS tank for the first time in a long time.

Fuel guage not working. 🤦

A few basic checks. No voltage at sender wire. Now what?


Paid for itself, already.

I quick reference to Bradley's awesome work and I know where to start looking.

Ten minutes in and I have it fixed.


A little bit of assistance to getting the magic flowing.

Maybe corrosion or broken circuit board strip, but no power getting to fuel guage. Fixed with a jumper wire and the guage is working. Woohoo!

Would have been an exercise in frustration without the wiring diagram.

Hi buddy, can you have a scan/PDF/photo of the XJ6 S1 wiring diagram? It is impossible to find it in Italy, the only sellers are Australian and they do not ship to Italy. Can you help me? I only need them for the S1.
